These Terms and Conditions have been made in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011

  • Activation of certain services provided by the Company or through third party where Company is affiliated may take several days which shall be informed accordingly to you
  • You through these Terms and Conditions authorise the Company including its service partners for the processing of its data within the scope and for the purposes of the services availed by you

Modification of Services

The license granted to you by these Terms and Conditions is personal to you and you shall not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

  • For the Company including its affiliated partners providing service provide customized recommendations and offers on services of CRIF or its business partners and affiliates.
  • Expressly waive any and all rights available to you under any other applicable law in relation to the offers or solicitations made under this Agreement.

If the matter is not resolved at the first instance by the concerned Grievance officer than the same may then be settled by arbitration by a single Arbitrator appointed by the Companies.
